End of Sale of 10G SFP+ and 40G QSFP+ 7 meter copper cables
a8ÓéÀÖ announces the end of sale of its 10G SFP+ and 40G QSFP+ 7 meter copper cables. The product part numbers covered by this announcement are listed below in Table 1. The last day to order the affected products is April 17th, 2016. Customers with active support contracts will continue to receive support from a8ÓéÀÖ TAC (Technical Assistance Center) as per the dates listed in Table 2, the End-of-Life Milestones.

Migration Options
Customers are encouraged to plan a migration to 7 meter SFP+/QSFP+ Active Optical Cable (AOC) or other SFP+/QSFP+ Copper and AOC cables from the wide range of cable lengths that are available. Information about these products can be found at a8ÓéÀÖ Transceiver Guide.
